Kathy Davenport joins the Blue Zones Project after having served as the Director of Community Affairs for Councilmember Kymberly Marcos Pine.  In addition to now leading the Blue Zones Project for Kapolei-Ewa, Kathy is known by many in the community as a motivational speaker, fine art photographer and writer with a featured column, “The Life Café." Kathy is a Certified Coach specializing in life transformations and has helped hundreds of people find new paths. In her 25 years of training, coaching, and mentoring, she encourages people to discover their purpose, channel their inner inspiration, and leave a life legacy.
Kathy is a retired Air Force officer and has been honored as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the U.S.  As a result of her work in helping others succeed, Kathy has been recognized as the State of Hawaii SBA Women in Business Champion and as one of the state's Top 25 Businesswomen of the Year.
Originally from Kansas, Kathy is a longtime Hawaii resident. She is active in the community and volunteers her time for various fundraising and charitable activities. She enjoys golf, photography, and casual Sunday mornings at a countryside cafe.
